• support fittings, QC, and production documentation
• stay up to date with trends, materials, and seasonal needs
requirements:
• strong attention to detail & time management
• great taste and alignment with self’s aesthetic
• deep knowledge of fabrics, textures, and garment production
• ability to forecast demand & order smartly based on sales
• confident managing inventory and preventing over/under ordering
• excellent communication & follow-up skills (arabic & english)
• calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
• experience in fashion production or a similar role is a plus

about the role:
we’re looking for someone who’s creative, organized, and able to execute pr objectives across multiple ongoing projects. you’ll manage relationships, keep timelines on track, and ensure everything is seen and delivered properly. it’s a fast-paced role that requires focus, consistent follow-up, and a proactive mindset.
description:
• executes pr plans and campaigns across all ongoing projects
• manages influencer relationships & gifting logistics
• manages day-to-day social media presence & flags relevant feedback
• supports research for partnerships (influencers, brands, media, events)
• assists in preparing decks and materials for partnerships and activations
• supports on-ground execution of events, activations, and pr moments

• inspects all incoming items to ensure they meet quality standards
• checks for fabric quality, sizing issues, finishing issue and overall manufacturing consistency
• classifies items into approved, repairs or rejected categories based on established guidelines
• maintains speed and accuracy while handling high volumes of products
• tracks incoming items, defects, and repair status
• coordinates with relevant teams regarding fixes and rejected items
• ensures all quality control processes are clearly documented and followed
• flags recurring issues and patterns in product defects
• maintains organization of workspace and product flow
• work closely with production department to ensure consistent manufacturing and resolve quality issues
