the policy
delivery attempts
our courier will try reaching you up to 3 times to deliver your order. if all 3
attempts go unanswered, the order gets automatically cancelled (we know,
brutal). keep your phone close!
first-time cod (cash on delivery) confirmation
for first-time customers who choose cash on delivery, we’ll confirm your order
via whatsapp.
if we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be automatically
canceled.
frequent cancellations policy
- if a customer cancels two or more orders, doesn’t receive their orders, or
cancels orders totaling over 2,000 egp, they will be required to pay
online or via instapay for future purchases. - our system automatically flags accounts with repeated cancellations. in
such cases, we’ll ask for online or instapay payment, depending on the
number of canceled orders. - customers who cancel more orders than they receive will be
automatically blacklisted. to be removed from the blacklist, they must
successfully receive and pay for more orders than they’ve canceled.
repair policy
if your product develops a tear or defect within 3 months, we offer repair services for a 300 egp delivery and maintenance fee — as long as the item is repairable. the process takes up to one month.
package handling policy
as per our policy, packages may not be opened while the courier is waiting.
this is in place for your safety and ours. please check your order after receiving
it, and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
exchange & refund policy
refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. however, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
we transfer the money through instapay, any mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we receive the package. refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
customers can exchange each item only once—once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
fees
refunds & exchanges come with a 150 egp fee — think of it as your mall parking ticket. it covers delivery, dry cleaning & getting the item all dolled up again.
if a returned product is missing any accessories, an additional fee of 80 egp will be applied on top of the 150 egp refund/exchange processing fee.
non refundable
exfoliating towels, shower caps, body brushes, hair clips, scalp massagers, microfiber towels, tooth brushes, face wand, pillowcases, scrunchies, mini hair claw, disposable slippers, the rounds, pretty little thing, set & strapped, leg garter & the baby doll are not eligible for refund nor exchange
quality guarantee
our top-notch quality control ensures near perfection in our products, though occasional errors can occur. if you receive a defective item, you're entitled to an immediate refund or exchange at no extra cost!

all our products are intimate so it would be very much appreciated to request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure the hygiene and safety of everyone.
note: we love a dramatic unboxing—but for your safety (and ours), packages can’t be opened at the door. it’s a strict policy, not a vibe check.
