if a customer cancels two or more orders, doesn't receive their order, or cancels orders totaling more than 2000 EGP, they will be required to pay online or via InstaPay for their next purchase to ensure sustainability.

if your item develops a tear or any defect after 14 days (and within 3 months), we offer repair services for a delivery & maintenance fee of 300 EGP, provided the item is repairable.

due to high demand and operational constraints, we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. If you need to make changes to your order, we will have to cancel it, and you can then place a new order with your preferred items.
