about the role:
we’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed production specialist who’s fluent in fabrics,
timelines, and follow-ups. if you’re organized, trend-aware, and know how to keep factories
moving — this role’s for you.
responsibilities:
• manage full production cycles from sampling to delivery
• follow up daily with suppliers, factories & logistics partners
• handle fabric sourcing, stock, and delivery timelines
• place orders, track specs, and monitor quality
• ensure deadlines are met and issues are flagged early
• support fittings, QC, and production documentation
• stay up to date with trends, materials, and seasonal needs
requirements:
• strong attention to detail & time management
• great taste and alignment with self’s aesthetic
• deep knowledge of fabrics, textures, and garment production
• ability to forecast demand & order smartly based on sales
• confident managing inventory and preventing over/under ordering
• excellent communication & follow-up skills (arabic & english)
• calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
• experience in fashion production or a similar role is a plus
bonus points:
• knowledge of costing
• basic photoshop/illustrator skills for mockups
quality control specialist
about the role:
we’re looking for someone sharp, consistent, and detail-focused, ensuring every item meets the standard.
hands-on role reviewing, sorting, and tracking products daily. requires focus, ownership, and zero missed details.
description:
• inspects all incoming items to ensure they meet quality standards
• checks for fabric quality, sizing issues, finishing issue and overall manufacturing consistency
• classifies items into approved, repairs or rejected categories based on established guidelines
• maintains speed and accuracy while handling high volumes of products
• tracks incoming items, defects, and repair status
• coordinates with relevant teams regarding fixes and rejected items
• ensures all quality control processes are clearly documented and followed
• flags recurring issues and patterns in product defects
• maintains organization of workspace and product flow
• work closely with production department to ensure consistent manufacturing and resolve quality issues
requirements:
• works efficiently without compromising accuracy
• has strong attention to detail
• comfortable with physically active work and long hours standing
• able to follow structured processes and systems
• maintains consistency and focus in repetitive tasks
• open to learning and developing technical and operational skills
