refund/exchange policy
- refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. however, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- we transfer the money through instapay/any mobile wallet/bank accounts when we receive the package

refund/exchange delivery, dry clean and packaging fees are 150 EGP

exfoliating towels, shower caps, body brushes, hair clips, scalp massagers, microfiber towels, tooth brushes, face wand, pillowcases, scrunchies, mini hair claw, disposable slippers, the rounds & the baby doll are not eligible for refund nor exchange

our top-notch quality control ensures near perfection in our products, though occasional errors can occur. if you receive a defective item, you're entitled to an immediate refund or exchange at no extra cost!

all our products are intimate so it would be very much appreciated to request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure the hygiene and safety of everyone.
