• month one: training (paid)
  this is a no-strings-attached phase. either side can walk away at any point. it’s your time to get familiar with how we do things — and for us to see how you work. we check in weekly. if something feels off, we talk about it. your happiness, comfort, and satisfaction matter from day one. honesty goes both ways.
• after training
  if both sides feel aligned, we move forward. expectations are set clearly, and we begin the official hiring process.
• months two to four: probation
  now you're in the real thing. we look at how you take ownership, how you work with the team, and how you hold up the self standard.
• month five onward: fully hired
  once probation is done and it still feels like the right fit — you're officially a full-time self girl.
